What is a Phase II ESA?
If the Phase l ESA determines the possibility of site contamination, a Phase ll ESA, consisting of a sampling plan to help determine the extent of the potential contamination at the site, would be performed. This service typically consists of collecting a series of subsurface samples that are analyzed by a certified laboratory. A final report will be generated with the sampling plan’s findings, analytical results, JLM Environmental’s professional opinion, and remediation recommendations to keep your project moving forward.
Phase II Testing Options:
- Ground water
- Soil
- Surface water
- Soil Vapor
- Vapor Intrusion
- Asbestos
- Lead
- Mold
- Radon
